The hotel provides accommodation in a total of 100 fashionably equipped and centrally air conditioned rooms, out of which 24 rooms are equipped with double beds and 70 rooms with separate beds. There are also 4 suites and 2 rooms for disabled guests. The windows of all the rooms face towards the quiet natural scenery of the Botič protected landscape area, completely away from the traffic. Rooms are equipped with sanitary facilities, bathrooms, telephones with direct lines, satellite TVs, radios, minibars, hair dryers, PC hook-ups, and suites are equipped with safes.

An accommodation price also includes a buffet-style breakfast (served from 7 to 10 a.m. in the hotel's restaurant), access to the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center in the sports facility, a parking lot, local fees, and VAT.
